Liquor Licensing Board share
This Licence is issued by the Liquor Licensing Board under the Ministry of Local Government and Public Works in conjunction with the Local Authority where the applicant is situated. It is mandatory for all premises where liquor is sold and/or consumed at a commercial level. It is acquired through a simple 4 step process which involves a police report and a published notice in the Government Gazette
