Operator's Licence and Registration Certificate

The Tourism Operators Licence and Designated Tourist Facility Certificate are critical pieces of documentation needed by all tourism affiliated businesses and are issued by the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority and the Ministry of Tourism and Hospitality Industry. They are obtained through a simple 3 step process which involves an inspection of the premises where these permits will be utilized.
